Payment Schedule

• Initial Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation to secure your booking.
• Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due 90 days prior to your check-in date.

Cancellation & Refund Terms

• Non-Refundable Policy: All payments (including the initial 50% deposit and final balance payment) are strictly non-refundable.
• In the event of a cancellation, modified dates, or no-show, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

To protect against unforeseen events—such as travel interruptions, flight delays, medical emergencies, or personal circumstances—we strongly advise all guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.
