Villa Kai Muk has a lovely aspect towards the east at the end of a row of houses ensuring privacy and light. The lower level of the house is spacious and open plan

On the upper level the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are comfortably furnished to provide every home comfort with views over the pool, tree covered hillside and the ocean.

The villa is located in the private estate of Santi Thani which is accessed by private road and with management and nighttime security

Cleaning fee ฿2,000 per stay, including short stays
Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at ฿7.50 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 6 people sharing, would equate to ฿100 per person per day.
A security deposit of ฿20,000 will be required on checkin and returned on checkout for short stays and 1 month deposit for durations of 56 nights or more
