This is a new and very beautiful luxury villa, with breath-taking panoramic sea views. Very large and spacious, and very private.

The villa is situated in an upmarket, gated residential area, in the hills overlooking Bang Po beach.

The villa itself is modern and luxuriously furnished with tasteful designs. The large infinity edge pool with Jacuzzi has beautiful views to sip your cocktails from.

There is plenty of free parking available, and the villa is very private and secluded for intimacy and romance.

There is a fully fitted kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine and dryer. Housekeeping is included every few days.

Just at the bottom of the hill are many lovely beaches, and delicious beachfront restaurants. The area is especially well known for local fresh seafood at very good prices.

Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at ฿7.50 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 8 people sharing, would equate to ฿100 per person per day.
