ELECTRICITY The use of electricity will be charged extra upon usage with THB 7 per kW. This is a common practice in Thailand. Please respect also the environment and do not leave lights and AC on needlessly.
TERMS & CONDITIONS No smoking inside, no pets, no loud music, no parties, maximum 6 guests allowed. A deposit of THB 20'000 will be charged at check-in. You can use your favorite currency with the same value. You will get back this deposit at the checkout.
