This fabulous 3 bedroom villa located on the quieter South coast of Samui directly on a stunning beach offers a perfect holiday spot for small families or groups of friends to unwind and enjoy the best Samui has to offer!

3 ensuite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, private swimming pool and direct access to the beach along with home comforts the villa is equipped with, will ensure your entire group are kept happy here!.

The space
Our beautiful property has 3 ensuite bedrooms, a fully equipped European style kitchen and a private swimming pool and garden area. The entire villa is on one level and has direct access to a stunning, quiet beach via a spacious access ramp.

We have taken great pride in taking our time to decorate the villa just the way we dreamed it would be, and we are sure you will also love the stunning blend of traditional Thai furniture and artefacts we have sourced which are mixed seamlessly with natural hues, splashes of colour and modern home comforts. This villa really does bring together an East meets West exotic and tropical luxurious feel, whilst still feeling like a home away from home!

All three bedrooms have Kingsize beds, are ensuite with a shower, and all have air-conditioning units, safes, wardrobe space with hangers, safety lamps and hairdryers. The Master bedroom, the largest of the three, has its own entrance and is facing the beachfront – wake up to spectacular ocean views and lie back in bed whilst enjoying the ocean breeze and watching the sunset! The Master bedroom features a fridge and also an entertainment centre – a flat-screen 50” TV, DVD player with DVD library and a music docking system. We can also provide our guests with use of an external hard-drive, which is loaded with thousands of movies and TV shows.

The patio doors from the Master bedroom open on to the roofed lounge decking area. Here we have a large dining table with comfortable chairs and a chaise longue – the perfect spot for an afternoon snooze or some relaxed time reading your book in the shade! This area also features blinds which can be pulled down for shelter from the rain as required.

The remaining two bedrooms and the kitchen/indoor dining room are all located next to each other, a couple of seconds walk via an outdoor path from the Master bedroom and outdoor lounge. The kitchen and indoor dining area has one completely open wall, providing a fabulous airy and tropical feel, and it is via the kitchen area that the two bedrooms can be accessed. Just beyond the open wall, there is a screen wall, for privacy, which has a door which leads out to the car park area of the property.

These two bedrooms are directly next door to each other – so very handy for parents who would like to keep their little ones close by. The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted out in a European style and features a ceiling fan. The dining table seats 6. As well as tea & coffee making facilities and a large double door fridge/freezer, the kitchen is equipped with all the cutlery, crockery, glassware and pans you will need if you would like to cater for your own meals here. You will also have use of a charcoal BBQ grill while you are here – and with the beach right on your doorstep, this is a superb option for a memorable meal! There is a water cooler machine located in the kitchen, and we will supply drinking water for this machine free of charge, throughout your stay.

Heading down from the villa towards the beach, you have your own private garden area – which our staff keep immaculate for you – a swimming pool and our outdoor Sala area. The swimming pool is 12m x 4 meters wide, was fully re-tiled in April 2018 and features a cascading waterfall feature, which as well as pleasing on the eye provides a perfect spot for a shoulder massage, as there is an underwater bench located directly beneath it! There is also a separate children’s pool– so little ones can also enjoy the cool waters in safety too. The pool deck has sun loungers, outdoor mattresses and parasols, located perfectly between the swimming pool and the beach, so you can have the best of both worlds! The outdoor sala area, beside the swimming pool, has power points and two massage beds and it leads to the beach access ramp. There is also an outdoor shower in the garden. In the garden area there is a further dining table with two benches and a parasol.

We have two kayaks (and life vests) which our guests are welcome to use complimentary. They are tri-yaks (can seat three people) and have a small sail which can also be used if desired. We also have four bicycles which we offer complimentary for any of our guests who would like to use them; two adult bikes and two children’s bikes.

There are two free-standing fans available for your use, if you prefer to sleep with a fan rather than the air-conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. A twice daily housekeeping service for the kitchen and dining area is included, along with a housekeeping service after every 3 nights which will also include the cleaning of the bedrooms which will also include changing of the towels. Bed linens are changed after every 6 nights. If you book to stay with us for 14 nights or longer, we will provide a complimentary airport transfer for you – one return trip.

Although we have a fully equipped kitchen with all you would need to cater for yourselves during a stay here, many people prefer to relax on holiday and stay out of the kitchen, leaving the hard work to someone else! There are some great restaurants just a short walk along the beach serving breakfasts, lunches and dinners and also some restaurants who are happy to provide delivery service!

We will also provide a mobile phone with a Thai sim card and 100thb phone credit, which you will be welcome to use during your stay (further credit required will be at your own expense).

We take pride in helping ensure all of our guests have a wonderful holiday here, so along with our super staff, we will be on hand throughout your stay to help in any way we can. We live close by, but will respect your privacy entirely, as desired.

The villa has 3 ensuite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining area, and covered lounge deck with al fresco dining and a storage room, you will have private access to a wonderful swimming pool which looks out over the beach and has a separate kids pool area, a lovely garden area, a Sala with massage beds, outdoor dining options and power points (perfect place with an amazing view to set up your laptop if you have to do some work!) and a ramp which has direct access to Laem Sor beach. You will also have one space in a covered car port if you wish to hire your own vehicle during your stay.

Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at ฿7.50 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 6 people sharing, would equate to ฿100 per person per day.
A security deposit of ฿20,000 will be required on checkin and returned on checkout for short stays and 1 month deposit for durations of 56 nights or more
