Situated in a quiet corner of a residential estate it is perfect for families or groups of up to 8 people.

The estate also has a communal pool and direct access to the whhite sandy beach.

The space
This lovely villa is situated in a residential estate of approximately 50 other villas.

Most of them are lived in by the owners, many of them are rented long term and some are holiday rentals.

This villa is very spacious with lovely views, and a huge private pool.

The resort itself is in a gated community with security at the entrance.

The resort is on the beachfront, with a beautiful beach and huge infinity pool on the beachfront for guests to use. To reach the beach front from this villa is a walk through the resort down to the beach front (a 10-15 mins walk).

This villa is in a gated resort with security at the entrance. The beachfront has a lovely white sand beach, and two luxury restaurants at the hotel next door. Our resort has its own communal infinity swimming pool for the resort guests at the beachfront.
The villa includes air conditioned bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen, washing machine and outdoor barbecue. Towels and lined are change once per week.
A private chef can be arranged at additional charge.

Cleaning fee ฿2,500 per stay, including short stays
Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at ฿7.50 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 8 people sharing, would equate to ฿100 per person per day.
