The space The villa is situated directly facing the sea and the main 20m swimming pool. From its hard wood terrace and upper balcony. The villa has delightful views across the swimming pool to the sea and, in the distance, to the neighbouring island of Koh Phangan. Flanking the villa at either side is a garden path that leads to the sandy Bang Por beach a 20 second stroll away.
Ground Floor Living and Dining The villa itself is built with great character in a traditional Thai style fitted out with local timber and accommodating up to 8 guests in four air-conditioned bedrooms. Through the main entrance from the central verandah you walk into an open plan living area finished in teak with comfortable lounge seatind and with dining for up to 8. The sitting area is equipped with multi-language internet TV.
The living area opens out onto the large terrace equipped with ceiling fans, an alfresco dining table and chairs and lounging chairs where you can enjoy the view across the pool to the beach and beyond.
Kitchen In the villa the kitchen is open plan and fitted out with modern cooking appliances including and separate hotplates, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. A full complement of premium crockery and cutlery is also provided and the adjacent dining room features. There is a counter facing into the living area that doubles up as a casual bar.
Bedrooms On the ground floor, down the corridor there is a large bedroom with a king sized bed that opens onto the veranda, It has an en-suite bathroom which also acts as a downstairs powder room.
Situated on the first floor the spacious master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed and has its own sitting area which in turn opens out onto the upper balcony enjoying stunning tropical sea views. Adjoining the master bedroom is a large en-suite bathroom and dressing area with copious wardrobe space. There are two further bedrooms situated on the first floor each equipped with a Queen size bed and sharing a second family bathroom.

Guest access The villa is set within tropical gardens and soft sands and clear waters of Bang Por Beach. The villa is part of a small beachfront development, that includes a further 7 privately owned villas and various communal facilities. In addition to the private facilities available within the sheltered grounds of the villas, our guests share access to the communal gardens and a glorious 15 metre beachfront pool overlooking the next island of Koh Phangan.
Koh Samui is located in the Gulf of Thailand off the Surat Thani coast, a short ferry crossing from Donsak. With clear waters coming from the South China Sea there are numerous coral reefs to explore, with some of the best to be found around nearby islands such as Koh Tao, or the marine park of Ang Thong that lies just a short boat-trip away.
With views across to the neighbouring island Koh Phangan, with sun-loungers on the surrounding deck, this can be an irresistable place to relax, open to cooling sea breezes and shaded by overhanging coconut palms characteristic of Koh Samui

Cleaning fee ฿2,500 per stay, including short stays Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at ฿7.50 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 8 people sharing, would equate to ฿100 per person per day. A security deposit of ฿20,000 will be required on checkin and returned on checkout for short stays and 1 month deposit for durations of 56 nights or more
