The 5 Bedroom Beachfront Villa is very large, and sits on a beautiful, shallow, white sand beach. The 3 Bedroom Villa is just nearby. Both villas have kitchen, dining room, living room, and a total of 8 bedrooms, enough for 16 people. Perfect for weddings or events. (There are more villas in the resort and can be added if needed).
The space The beachfront villa is situated directly on the beach front on Samrong Bay, a beautiful quiet and secluded bay in the north of Samui. From the villa, garden bedrooms and from the pool you have a stunning view over the sea. The villa consist of 3 buildings. The buildings encircle a beautiful garden area, sitting sala, and large pool with pool bar and garden. The 3 bedroom villa comes with a private pool, a kids pool and a private garden. Includes 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and a dining area and a living area.

Cleaning fee ฿4,000 per stay, including short stays Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at ฿7.50 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 16 people sharing, would equate to ฿100 per person per day. A security deposit of ฿40,000 will be required on checkin and returned on checkout for short stays and 1 month deposit for durations of 56 nights or more
