The villa itself consists of a main house with a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, two refrigerators and an oven as well a bed room and bath room
There are two guesthouses with each 2 bed rooms and two bath rooms
In the guest houses you can find in each guest house two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is no washing machine in the villa, because laundry services are cheap and include ironing. Need to keep your head cool and your mind entertained? There is great air conditioning, multiple fans and a multiple tvs.

Cleaning fee ฿2,000 per stay, including short stays
Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at ฿7.50 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 12 people sharing, would equate to ฿100 per person per day.
A security deposit of ฿20,000 will be required on checkin and returned on checkout for short stays and 1 month deposit for durations of 56 nights or more
