About This Villa A fully-staffed, luxurious & spacious villa with 6 en-suite bedrooms. Conveniently located and walking distance to Choengmon beach, and village with many restaurants and shopping. Sea views and sunsets are visible from most bedrooms and all terraces. A 20 meter infinity edge private pool completes the the villa with its own waterslide. The space This exceptionally large villa offers 1000 sq meters of space for your personal use! Perfect for families or large groups, we can easily accommodate up to sixteen guests in six spacious ensuite bedrooms. Multiple seating, lounge and dining spaces throughout the villa mean that you never feel crowded. The main kitchen is well stocked and the pool level bar and lounge with smart TV is a popular hangout. Challenge your friends to a game of table tennis or darts or soak up some rays on a sun bed on the pool deck. Guest access Guests have access to all the house facilities as well as complimentary access to the Estate tennis court. There is parking available for 1 vehicle or several motorbikes. Other things to note Our base rates apply to up to 8 guests using 4 bedrooms (the 3 pool view rooms and the garden view room).
Additional guests are $50 per night (if sharing a room). The rate for an extra room for just one guest is $100 per night.
We can accommodate up to 12 guests in separate bedrooms (2 per room), or up to a maximum of 18 guests (2-4 guests per room). Please inquire directly for an accurate quote.
Our rates include once daily guest room cleaning by our resident staff. Guests who opt to use the kitchen to cook their own meals, rather than use our chef services, are expected to clean up after themselves. Excessive cleanup requirements may be subject to an additional charge.

Lead in price based on low season and may vary Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at ฿7.00 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 12 people sharing, would equate to ฿100 per person per day. A security deposit of ฿20,000 will be required on checkin and returned on checkout for short stays and 1 month deposit for durations of 56 nights or more
