- Cleaning and laundry charges during your stay are extra, should you wish to have this done. Villa cleaning is Baht 1,000 per cleaning and laundry of bedlinen and towels depends on the quantities and are estimated at approx. Baht 600 for a full set.

Cleaning fee ฿2,000 per stay, including short stays
Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at ฿7.50 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 6 people sharing, would equate to ฿100 per person per day.
A security deposit of ฿20,000 will be required on checkin and returned on checkout for short stays and 1 month deposit for durations of 56 nights or more
