From the villa, gardens, bedrooms and from the pool you have a stunning view over the sea. The villa consist of 3 buildings. The buildings encircle a beautiful garden area, a sitting sala, and large pool with pool bar and garden. This stylish villa features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. It also has a living room and dining area, as well as a private pool and kid's pool. The kitchens come with a dishwasher, microwave and oven. The villa is built in Balinese style. There is a main house with kitchen, living bed room and bathroom and two guesthouses. One guesthouse has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the other is more an apartment with a studio with kitchen, dining room and king size bed as well a separate bed room and bath room . The villa has a pool and a kids pool with a big garden overlooking the beach All rooms have air-conditioning and fans. Cleaning fee ฿2,000 per stay, including short stays Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at ฿7.50 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 10 people sharing, would equate to ฿100 per person per day. A security deposit of ฿20,000 will be required on checkin and returned on checkout for short stays and 1 month deposit for durations of 56 nights or more
