A spectacular castle set in 2,000 sqm of land. Surrounded by exclusive mansions and jungle, you will experience nature and wildlife as you never have before whilst enjoying the comforts and modern facilities.
Twin towers with fabulous sea views across the bays, the castle is completely private for you only.

This castle villa is located at the crest of a hill with views down of two valleys to the Ang Thong marine park with gorgeous sunsets as well as to Koh Phangan - the island with the biggest full moon beach party in Asia.

This is a unique style of house with 2 towers and a lovely mature garden, fish ponds, jacuzzi, huge pool with waterfall and great views.

There are 4 double bedrooms and 5 large bathrooms. Every room has air-conditioning and all rooms have TV. The bedrooms are located in the towers and the living area terraces in between.

On the ground floor is a kitchen with cooking facilities - leading out onto the terrace with a table and large jacuzzi.

On the first floor is the living room with TV/stereo/DVD and on the terrace between the towers is a large dining area with seating for a minimum of 12 people!!!

All rooms and terraces have uninterrupted views of the green hills and palms to the distant Gulf of Thailand.

In the huge garden is a large covered sala with swimming pool - the pool has a swim behind a waterfall and sun terrace.
The garden is populated with fruit trees and palms and orchids - highlighted with sculptures and ponds and a waterfall. Very romantic!

One of the nicest and quietest beaches on Koh Samui is only a few minutes' drive from the villa. Massage shops and local shops and restaurants are nearby and the airport is only 40 minutes away.
Large supermarkets can be reached in 25 minutes.

Cleaning fee ฿3,500 per stay, including short stays
Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at ฿7.50 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 8 people sharing, would equate to ฿100 per person per day.
A security deposit of ฿20,000 will be required on checkin and returned on checkout for short stays and 1 month deposit for durations of 56 nights or more
