At night the ocean is equally as eye-catching as the water lights up with a green iridescent glow from the squid-boat lights and the shimmer of the moon on the water, while the beachfront lights up from the occasional fireworks display from the resorts. Cleaning fee ฿2,000 per stay, including short stays
Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at ฿7.50 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 4 people sharing, would equate to ฿100 per person per day.
A security deposit of ฿20,000 will be required on checkin and returned on checkout for short stays and 1 month deposit for durations of 56 nights or more
