The resort itself is in a gated community with24 hour security at the entrance.

The resort is on the beachfront, with a beautiful beach and huge infinity pool on the beachfront for guests to use. To reach the beach front from this villa is a walk through the resort down to the beach front (just under 700 metres).

There is a Family Mart just a short stroll away. Cheong Mon town is 5 mins drive, and Chaweng is 10 mins away.

Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at ฿9 per unit.. Average daily consumption based on 8 people sharing, would equate to ฿100 per person per day.
A security deposit of ฿20,000 will be required on checkin and returned on checkout for short stays and 1 month deposit for durations of 56 nights or more
