About this space This villa is brand new and is a single luxury villa, not a duplex, with about 750 sq. meters of built up area. The rates quoted are for up to 10 guests, each bedroom has one King size bed. We also have a folding cot if required. Please contact me for more information.
The villa architectural style is Modern Asian and features a 100 sq. meter open kitchen dining living design with sea views from every room. There is a 12 meter long infinity pool with stunning views of Tongson Bay and the beach below. Multiple outdoor lounging and dining areas offer guests a wide range of options to relax and enjoy the views in comfort and style. The villa even offers a private lift from the parking area.
The 10 seat indoor dining table is made from a magnificent solid Acacia Wood slab, The state of the art kitchen features African Granite slabs and induction stove top cooking. The 60 inch LED TV with large sectional sofa allows you to enjoy watching your favorite programs and movies in comfort. Free High Speed Wi Fi is available throughout the villa.
Our villa has three suites on the top floor, including a 100 sq.meter Master Suite. There is another ensuite bedroom on the pool level. Each of these offers ensuite bathrooms with a standing bathtub and extra large shower rooms. The fifth bedroom is on the ground level and requires walking down one flight of stairs from the pool level. All rooms have king size beds, are fully air conditioned, have sea views and have private terraces except for the fifth bedroom.

Cleaning fee ฿2,500 per stay, including short stays Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at ฿7.50 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 6 people sharing, would equate to ฿100 per person per day. Water is charged per ฿300 tanker (only if no government water available, due to no rain). A security deposit of ฿20,000 will be required on checkin and returned on checkout for short stays and 1 month deposit for durations of 56 nights or more
